| Education provides impetus for country’s development and progress.Teachers as the main perpetrators of education practice.In recent years,country has issued the related documents and policies on the promotion of the teachers’ teaching ability.Class teaching ability is an important part of teachers’ ability.The first part of this research studied the whole background.Firstly,the promotion of policy.Secondly,the discussion of teachers’ ability;Thirdly,the characteristics of physical science itself.They are the basis of the research above.The second part of this research is mainly on establishing a core concept.in order to establish evaluation index system and guarantee this research is scientific at the same time,the author looked up literature review and visited the relevant experts to collect several dimensions of evaluation indexes.According to the opinions of the experts to modify the evaluation index Finally,after index were modified,the author sent feedback to experts.Experts score for each item.The author established the index weight by using the expert sorting.The third part of this research is the the preliminary questionnaire,which is according to the index weight distribution.As an important indicator,classroom experiment ability emphasis on the quantity of the test.The questionnaire chose 40 normal students as small range of measurement.The author revised the questionnaire according to the result of a preliminary measurement and checked the reliability and validity of preliminary survey questionnaire.After passing inspection,the final questionnaire was formed.The fourth part of this research is the main part of the thesis,the author issued the final questionnaire and investigated 120 physics normal students,the secondary distribution of the questionnaire reliability and validity got improves than were improved significantly than the first time.The author carried out a statistical analysis on the result of the investigation and the analysis of differences.According to the result of data reflected the index of each class had problems.The author found the physics normal students existing advantages.After completing the above work,the author drew a conclusion according to the presentsituation in classroom teaching ability and the deficiency of physics normal students.The author aimed at the shortcomings gave some advice.Finally,the author reflected on the deficiency of the encountered problems of the research.In order to get improve in the further study and research. |
