Countries in the implementation of the free normal education, on the one hand, caters to the core of the reform of basic education, new requirements on Teachers’ education quality, more important, on the one hand is training a large number of outstanding teachers, to improve the overall quality of the normal education of our country.This paper first summarizes the influence factors of Normal University Students’ ability by looking up the literature, which is the organizational management ability, interpersonal communication ability and language expression ability. In this study, we designed a questionnaire of non sports free normal students’ ability of normal university students. In the experiment, the normal students’ ability of free normal university students was tested by issuing non sports free normal students’ ability scale. Experiment, on two basic information similar to that of 30 class, a group as control group, using conventional teaching methods, a group as the experimental group by sports game teaching scheme, the above teaching scheme implementation time for four months. The following conclusions are obtained through the study:(1)The teaching of sports games can have a positive impact on the free normal students’ PE learning interest. The sports game teaching through the open forms of teaching, relying on sports game teaching contents and forms of organization, bringing the students into the setting of teaching situation, give full play to the subjectivity of students, improve students’ interest in participating in sports activities, so as to improve the students’ learning interests of physical education.(2) Sports games teaching in the process of taking "heterogeneity within the group and between groups of homogeneous" cooperative learning organization form, greatly increase the communication between students and students exchanges and cooperation and the teacher and student, through the teaching experiment in the experimental class students interpersonal skills than control class, indicating that the sports game teaching can promote the free education for normal school students’ ability of interpersonal skills.(3)From the comparative analysis of expression of the two groups of free normal students’ language ability after the experiment, the experimental group before and after the experiment significantly improved language skills, while no significant changes in the control class. Sports games teaching students to share sports games and game content is aimed at training students’ ability of language expression, thus proving that the sports game teaching of tuition free normal college students ability of language expression ability has played a role in promoting.(4)Through the two experimental group free normal student organization management ability before and after the experiment, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. In the process of sports game teaching to take the student team sports games, more students to participate in the organization of sports games. It shows that the application of sports game teaching in PE teaching plays a role in promoting the organization and management ability of normal students in Normal University.(5)There is a positive correlation between the free normal students’ PE learning interest and the teacher’s ability. At the same time, the higher PE learning interests of free normal university students are helpful to cultivate the ability of normal university students.
