In this era, technologies develop rapidly and the environment people lives are quietly changing. In the field of education,all kinds of new education ideas and teaching modes have sprung up, and the flipped classroom have emerged under the background of the times.Meanwhile, various policy documents issued by the state from which we can find that education informationization has become an important content of education reform. At the same time, cooperation ability, exploring spirit, innovation consciousness and the ability of lifelong learning has become the ultimate goal of the social education. Normal university students as the backbone of educators who will work in the first line of education, should change the traditional concept of education, accept the advanced education idea amd improve their information literacy constantly in order to cope with the challenges of the information society. Informatization instructional design ability is the base of normal informationization teaching ability.In our country,the researches about informationized instruction of normal university students are so many, but the researches on the capacity of informationized Instructional design are little. This paper aims to put forward the specific training model and promote the the ability of information instructional design of normal university students.Taking Qufu Normal University as an example, using a questionnaire survey and supplemented by individual interviews investigate the current situation of informatization instructional design ability of normal university students. According to the problems in the current ability and the current course status,the author construct the new training model with the core thought of flipped classroom by refering the existing flipped class mode,intend to promote the informatization instructional design ability of normal universtiy student.Then, according to the training model, the author carried out a teaching experiment in Qufu Normal University students to test the effectiveness of the training model, and find out the existing problems in practice.The author hope the work could provide referential experience for the educators and promote normal university students’ the ability of informatization instructional design.
