The comprehensive practical activity is a kind of practical activity,which is carried out by the primary and middle school students in the comprehensive practice base(school)outside of school.They are all kinds of survival experience,quality development,scientific practice and special education.Integrated practical activity curriculum is a compulsory course of comprehensive practical activity,which is set up in the primary school from grade three to senior middle school according to the national basic education curriculum program.In this study,according to Zheng Yanxiang’s theory of school effectiveness,from the comprehensive practice base in primary and secondary schools(schools)three aspects of learning effectiveness of full-time teachers in the administrative efficiency and the management of teaching efficacy and students with comprehensive construction of practice base in primary and secondary schools(schools)to develop practical and realistic evaluation model,and the application of this model in Liaoning primary and secondary schools in the comprehensive practice base(school)to evaluate its performance,we find that the comprehensive practice base in primary and middle schools in Liaoning province(school)management of the administrative efficiency is good,but the teaching effectiveness of full-time teachers is low,and the students in the integrated practice base(school)learning performance failed to achieve the desired effect.Further analysis of the main problems affecting the efficiency of the comprehensive practice base,and puts forward four suggestions,in order to promote the compulsory education curriculum reform in Liaoning province comprehensively deepen,in-depth implementation of the development of the core quality of students.(1)re positioning and giving full play to the unique educational function of the comprehensive practice base(school)of primary and secondary schools.(2)standardize the curriculum development,improve the evaluation mechanism,and integrate the comprehensive practice into the core quality evaluation of students’ development.(3)improve the comprehensive practice of teacher training and employment mechanism,improve the professional level of teachers.(4)to co-ordinate the allocation of resources and popularize innovative practice schools in high schools.
