China is an agricultural country,the problem of\"agriculture,rural areas and farmers is related to our country can build a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020 important problems,for a long time to get the attention of the party and the country.Development of agriculture,promote the construction of agricultural modernization,to promote the rural economy,a new type of agricultural production high quality practitioners is the important way and guarantee.But from the point of situation of the rural vocational education development at present,due to historical reasons,thought idea,the objective conditions,such as limit,developing rural vocational education in our country has many deficiencies,which affects our country education fairness,an important factor of restricting our country agriculture development,enhance the level of rural vocational education task is very urgent.As an important province of agricultural development in our country,liaoning province in recent years to promote the building of agricultural modernization,rural economy to achieve the rapid development of the rural vocational education is also put forward new requirements.But from the point of current situation of the development of rural vocational education of liaoning,there are still some deficiencies,needs thorough analysis and research,puts forward effective countermeasures,so as to promote the development of rural vocational education in our province,as the overall economic development in liaoning province.This article mainly adopts the literature analysis,comparative analysis and field research method,studying the current situation of the development of rural vocational education of liaoning province,summarized compared to the United States,Germany,Australia,Japan,Taiwan and domestic hebei etc.The successful experience of rural vocational education development,analyzes the existing rural rural vocational education of liaoning province vocational education school-running level and quality to meet the needs of modern agricultural development of rural vocational education lack of system planning and rural vocational education system is not perfect and so on problems and deficiencies,based on this research the factors which restrict the development of the rural vocational education of liaoning province,such as inadequate rural vocational education development,the mechanism is not flexible;Rural vocational education development direction there is a deviation,backward;Single training mode of the development of rural vocational education,participation is not high.Finally puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of rural vocational education of liaoning province,mainly include promoting the sustainable development of rural vocational education,build a long-standing mechanism to the development of vocational education,establish and improve vocational education and training network,etc.,and then from the aspects of theory and practice of rural vocational education development in liaoning province to provide certain support and help.This article innovation point is that the combination of government,enterprises and social forces,explore the problem of rural vocational education cost compensation mechanism,targeted put forward the strategy of unblocked farmers to continue to further study of the channel,to promote the development of rural vocational education of liaoning province to provide practical reference.Shortage is that the lack of demand for rural vocational education to and the future scale of quantitative analysis.
