Children are the future and hope of our country,related to the stability of the state and society.In recent years,with the occurrence of a series of extreme events,the term "Troubled Children" has entered the public horizon and has revealed the seriousness and urgency of the problem of the troubled children.Although there are many academic studies of realistic predicament of troubled children,the study of its service system is very rare.This is a study on the service system of troubled children,based on the data of the research on the needs of troubled children in S province and the interviews with the staff of the community and Women’s Federation.This paper combines the first-hand information I collated with the research status to analyze and studies on the status quo and demand of troubled children from the human and the environment two aspects from extended clinical perspective.The study found that troubled children still have some problems in real life.First they have some needs in their life and development because of their poor health,negative psychological condition,lack of social activity and many security risks.Secondly,the low level of household income,unstable family structure and general grandparents’ upbringing make a bad effect on the living and development of troubled children.Finally,in the case of social support and rescue,families,communities and community organizations’ support to troubled children is weak,government support is limited and single,social professionals and other social forces participation is low.In the end,to solve the problems of troubled children I put forward suggestions from four levels in the extended clinical perspective.At the p-e level,the casework method should be adopted,the one-to-one support and the connect of resources,make individual stronger,support the family,broaden the service items and improve the service level.At the P-e level,social workers can use the group work method,the process sharing and interaction to meet the needs of groups,coordinating the resources of all parties to establish the good relationship between family-school-community.At the p-E level,considering the influence that the close environment would make to troubled children,social workers can use the strategy of case advocacy and discourse practice to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of troubled children and relieve the cognition of troubled children tagged.At the P-E level,social workers can promote reforms of troubled children’s welfare policy through policy advocacy,perfect relevant laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of troubled children.On this basis,researchers put forward a professional,systematic and diversified service system that is government led,social workers and other social actors participated,professional social work services supported.
