Research On Quality Evaluation System Building Of The Nanning City's Troubled Underages Social Work Services Project

With the acceleration of the rapid economic and social development after reform and opening up,the economic structure and social structure had changed greatly,the social management ability and service capability of China's government has been put forward on higher requirements.In recent years,many cities' Street Children Salvation and Protection Center has renamed Children Social Protection Center.After renamed,the service subjects of Center has extended from street children to all the children,and the service function of Center has extended from offering salvation and protection for street children to offering social protection for all the children.It shows that the government sector functions are transforming.Many places extend their service functions in the way of buying social services in the case of no increase in staff.From project buyer's perspective,this paper will try to build a quality evaluation system and some management methods accord with the actual local situations,contribute to producing some actual result of the services bought by government,and promote the professional development of local social work organizations.
