Special education from isolation to inclusive,after a long period of time.Inclusive education refers to the need to meet all children in the teaching process.Schools must unconditionally accept all children in the school district and provide the necessary protection for the development of these children.Studies have shown that the attitude of special education teachers to inclusive education will directly affect the implementation of inclusive education.In this study,582 teachers in Shandong Province were selected to revise the Inclusive Education Attitude Scale.In the process of formal surveying,188 special education teachers and 145 ordinary school teachers were surveyed to understand the differences in the dimensions of inclusive education among teachers.Understand the degree of acceptance of teachers by different types of students,A comprehensive understanding of its understanding of inclusive education,in order to promote the implementation of inclusive education to provide empirical research basis.The results of this study are:1 Chinese Version of Inclusive Education Attitude Scale has a good reliability and validity.Inclusive Education Attitude Scale includes three dimensions: body factor dimension,behavior factor dimension and social factor dimension.2 The attitude of special education teachers to inclusive education is positive.3 There are differences in the attitude of inclusive education among teachers and teachers in general education.Teachers have the highest degree of acceptance in social factors and have the lowest degree of acceptance in the dimension of physical factors.Teachers on the shy,eccentric people the highest degree of acceptance,the lowest degree of acceptance of children with visual impairment.4 Special education teachers inclusive education attitude is higher than the general school teachers.5 Factors that affect the degree of acceptance of special education teachers include the degree of education,whether they are involved in special education and training,whether they are in contact with people with disabilities,whether they understand inclusive education or integration education,and are familiar with special education laws and regulations.
