The current implementation of preschool inclusive education has gradually become the trend of the development of the world’s education.The state in the"special education promotion plan(2014-2016)" put forward the task of special education is to support the general kindergarten to create conditions to receive disabled children,The second-year preprimary education three-year action plan proposes efforts to increase the access of children with disabilities to school age.General kindergartens to receive disabled children into the park,that is,kindergarten implementation of integrated education to become a special education and preschool education common task.As the main participant of preschool inclusive education,the attitude of the early childhood education will have a subtle influence on the specific teaching behavior.Therefore,the study of the attitude of the early childhood education workers and the exploration of the puppy in the education of the young children will help us Correctly understand the difficulties in preschool fusion education,build a more effective support platform to promote the development of preschool integration of high—quality education.This paper aims to understand the attitudes of kindergarten teachers in Guilin kindergarten teachers and the problems that may be encountered in practical work and the countermeasures or suggestions to solve these problems.Worker’s preschool integration education work.The main structure and content of the paper are as follows:The first part introduces the reason and significance of the topic,and discusses the current research summary,defines the core concept of the text,and puts forward the research design of this paper,including research ideas,research objects and research methods.The second part is an overview of the theory of integrated education,including the integration of educational definitions and basic concepts,integration of education development background and development process,integration of the theoretical basis of education and integration of education practice model.The third part is the status of kindergarten teachers ’ attitudes towards special children in the context of integrated education,mainly from the kindergarten teachers’ understanding of the integration of special children,the acceptance of kindergarten teachers to special children and the status of kindergarten teachers in practice Partial expansion.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems of kindergarten teachers’attitudes towards preschool fusion education and its causes.The conclusion of the study is that the general kindergarten teachers have less knowledge of the special children,the general kindergarten teachers’ acceptance to the special children is low,the general kindergarten teachers’support for the special education specialty and the support system of the integrated kindergarten teachers are not perfect The Behind the main reason is:preschool education schools to set up special education courses,kindergarten teachers lack of preservice training,post-kindergarten teachers after the special education of professional knowledge,lack of post-training,child care teachers with teachers work is not active,Lack of psychological support and kindergarten integration education related policies and regulations are not perfect,the lack of support system.The fifth part is to put forward four suggestions for the problems and causes:First,increase the concept of propaganda education philosophy,from the cognitive establishment of kindergarten teachers integration of education awareness.Second,to strengthen the training of special education skills,skills in the integration of kindergarten teachers the ability to integrate education.Third,encourage children and parents to actively participate in cooperation,in practice,to enhance the confidence of kindergarten teachers integration education.Fourth,to build a comprehensive education support system,in the work to protect the integration of kindergarten teachers the interests of education.
