The professional development of teachers is the process of teachers’ professional enrichment and perfection in the process of professional life.With the practice of basic education curriculum reform in China,the study of teachers’ professional life has become a new way to solve the difficulties of professional development of teachers.Therefore,the study is based on the questionnaire survey of 37 senior secondary school teachers in G county,and the individual interviews of seven different age groups,different regions and different gender teachers in G county,from teachers’ social roles and self-cognition,professional behavior and Professional ability,professional emotional situation of the three aspects of the G County history teachers professional life status of the investigation and analysis.The paper is divided into five parts.In the introduction,the background and significance of the topic are introduced,the research ideas and methods selected in this study,and the achievements of the existing research.The first part introduces the definition of related concepts and related theories in this study.The second part is based on the questionnaire This paper analyzes the professional life status of G history teachers in G county,analyzes the professional life status of G history teachers in the same way,and analyzes the professional life status of G history teachers.The third part,on the basis of research,points out that G County high school history teachers’ professional life The main problem and the cause analysis;the last part is to G county teachers professional life promotion strategy.In the survey,we found some thought-provoking phenomena,highlighting the three aspects: First,G County high school history teachers social recognition is low,teachers for their professional development expectations are not very high.Second,high school history teachers for their own knowledge growth is in accordance with their own interests,there is no planned reading;in the usual teaching activities,according to their understanding of the teaching state of classroom teaching,and not the students as the main body of teaching;Finally,it is the future planning of the history teachers,few teachers can clearly want to be in the history of teachers in thisprofession has been developed by leaps and bounds,holding and the line and the line of the study of the teaching and learning process is spontaneous behavior,passive behavior;Look at the state of mind.Third,G County history teachers for their own state of work is also considered exhausted.Overall,G County history teacher professional life is still in the "survival" level,the history of professional teachers do not have too much demand,the mentality is not active enough,making teachers professional life eclipsed,can not promote teachers to obtain professional growth.Faced with this situation,I believe that: first of all to strengthen the sense of responsibility of teachers for the history of teachers responsible for self-development.Second,cultivate the professional sense of teachers,making it the core content of professional development of teachers.Finally,to adjust the mentality in a timely manner,teachers in the professional development of the road is essential to emotional factors.
