With the increase of the pressure of life in recent years,marriage and family facing material needs more and more,and work hard to meet the family to bring the material demand,so more and more individuals in the family began to focus more on work,put more of their own physical and mental resource allocation on the working field,however,limited resource theory that is the individual resources,allocation of family resources is not balanced,so that the individual family members ignored the individual contradiction between work and family conflict increased more.The contradiction between work and family problems to individual mental consumption,individual resources,and forever lead to individual well-being decline,turnover rate increased,the increasing divorce rate,in the face of this situation,this paper from the perspective of the research work involved in work family conflict,and according to the literature in-depth research for the the internal mechanism,so as to help employees reduce work family conflict,so the study of work family conflict both for individuals or businesses are very important.For this,the research literature,job involvement as independent variables,to the enterprise of married employees as the research object,the work involved in the internal machine how to influence the work family conflict has made a research into the psychology,from as a medium,through data collection and reasoning that perceived organizational support in psychological regulation and detachment work-family conflict.This paper consists of six parts,introduction,literature review,research model and research hypothesis,research design,data analysis and conclusion and outlook,between the parts from the theoretical hypothesis collection and analysis step by step and inspection to collect and analyze the data,finally draws the conclusion.Through the survey of married employees in various large and small enterprises,collect relevant data,and use SPSS software to analyze and test the final conclusion of this paper,the following conclusions:first,job involvement and work family conflict between positive correlation,high degree of job involvement of employees due to work the effort,time and feelings more for the family led to the uneven distribution of resources,which leads to the conflict between work and family;second,psychological detachment has negative impact on work family conflict,psychological detachment high degree individuals in non working time and stripping yourself completely,and do not want to related in the work,work and family conflict in all aspects of the less,so that the work family conflict is reduced;third,psychological detachment in job involvement and work Is part of the intermediary role between family conflict;fourth,perceived organizational support in psychological detachment and work family conflict between play a regulatory role,which is in its high,weaken the effect of psychological detachment;in the low,from the psychological impact on work family conflict enhancement.This study has two innovations are as follows:first discusses the work involved in the conflict between work and family role in the study of psychological detachment joined a new variable as an intermediary,the existing research on work family conflict of the rich.Second,the work involved in the psychological detachment,perceived organizational support and work family conflict in the same framework for investigation,set up a new model,and investigates the moderating effect of perceived organizational support,based on the original documents and create a new perspective. |
