Work-family conflict has just started on its way in China, though the first research can be traced back to seventy years or even early of 20th century. In the present study, the construct validity and reliability of Work-Family Conflict(WFC) Scale, Perceived Organizational Support(POS) and multi-dimensional scale of Type A behavior was tested with the method of exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach Alpha Coefficients. Also the impact of three dimensions of POS on Work Interference with Family(WIF) and Family Interfernce with Work(FIW) was studied. The effect of type A on work-family conflict was also explored. All the revised scales declared high reliability and stable construct validity. The results of data analysis displayed that: (1) POS is a good predictor of WFC, when POS is high, the WFC reported will be less; (2) The subscale Benefits Caring of POS is predictive to WIF while the subscale Work Support can predict FIW; (3) Two dimensions of type A behavior have significant correlation with both WIF and FIW, and Achievement Striving(AS) is different from Anger Irritability(AI) in correlation with FIW; and (4) Type A behavior is showed to influence the relationship between POS and WFC.
