As the degree of internationalization of higher education is increasing, China's cross-border cooperation in higher education is increasing. In recent years, China and Switzerland established a wide range of cooperation, including the establishment of China-Swiss FTA, the swissnex China, the SSSTC etc., these cooperation projects and organizations in the higher education level is becoming more and more. However, as a contact gradually increased, the country cooperation deepening, the associated theoretical research on higher education cooperation was lagging behind, a serious shortage of practical research, which hinders the breadth and depth of the bilateral cooperation to a large extent. Therefore, this study based on the current situation in the Swiss cooperation in higher education, in-depth analysis of the dynamic mechanism of their cooperation, so as to find potential problems and cooperation, and put forward specific recommendations based on the theory and reality to promote cooperation with Switzerland.From the perspective of higher education, education, economics and sociology of education, mainly in the human capital theory, economic integration theory, the theory of comparative advantage and collaborative systems theory, from the first exchange students, exchange of scholars to give lectures or to participate international conferences, inter-school cooperation, analyzed the current situation in the Swiss cooperation in higher education, including its achievements and problems; secondly dynamic mechanism of Swiss cooperation in higher education conducted in-depth analysis, clear bilateral cooperation in higher education dynamic mechanism of forming the basis of principle, focuses on domestic and international factors from two factors constituting the dynamic mechanism, and try to build a model of Swiss cooperation in higher education dynamic mechanisms; and finally that the two countries co-exist in higher education potential problems and propose strategies and recommendations targeted to optimize the dynamic mechanism of Swiss cooperation to promote bilateral cooperation in higher education system, the health of this large and stable operation.
