In the country to vigorously develop vocational education new forms, Hunan Industry Polytechnicl college selected for Hunan Province in 2015 excellence vocational colleges construction projects, innovation and entrepreneurship students as one of the characteristics of the project is in full swing building, designed with four years of time to create new vocational guidance of entrepreneurship and innovation teaching system.This paper analyzes and studies the problems of vocational guidance, based on the research of the employment guidance course of Hunan Industry Polytechnic, and analyzes the value orientation of vocational guidance and innovation, and hopes to find out the rules for the implementation of vocational guidance innovation and entrepreneurship courses in Hunan Industry Polytechnic.The purpose of this paper is to reflect and reconstruct the vocational guidance curriculum of the sample school. Reflect the degree of teacher professionalization is not high, the students learning process of the negative attitude, teaching evaluation of the reasons for the lack of. Reconstruction of the new teaching objective system, which is suitable for theory and practice. And strive to subsequent to the publication of a with local characteristics of quality materials, develop a set of standard process of vocational guidance, to build a stable and excellent teacher team, to provide a new path of vocational guidance in Higher Vocational Colleges of innovation and entrepreneurship courses.
