Under the severe employment situation, the employment problem of vocational graduates has become a hot topic of society. According to statistics, in recent years, the employment rate of vocational college students has been consistently lower than that of undergraduate students, and far lower than that of vocational high school students. Meanwhile, the employers are not satisfied with the graduates and vice versa. Employment problem is a key issue of society. The condition of the vocational college graduates'career development will not only influence their economic situation and their physical and mental well-being, but also effect harmonious social development, because the vocational graduates are national valuable human resources. The vocational education is an important part of sustainable development that ensures our healthy economy development. Therefore, strengthening the building of career guidance curriculum in higher vocational colleges is particularly important and urgent. However, the current mode, due to the lack of class time of teaching staff. Mostly limits to classroom teaching and ignores the life experience of students, which has become a bottleneck restricting the effectiveness of career guidance. The career guidance to the vocational students concerning with attitude, knowledge and skills should be conducted gradually and progressively, so as to break the bottleneck and to promote the sustainable development of vocational college students career. The purpose of this study is to explore how to construct a multi-sectoral system to improve the whole career guidance curriculum.In this study, some problems are analyzed using literature and experience analysis methods based on Chinese scientific outlook on development and establishment of learning communities combining western integrate theory of vocational guidance, so as to construct the whole career guidance curriculum in higher vocational colleges. The mind of analyzing problems and problem-solving ideas are made out based on systematical analysis.Part I of the Introduction paper, raises the issue, and introduces the purpose and significance of the research carrying out literature review, presenting research content and methods. Parts II and III analyze the status of career guidance curriculum in higher vocational colleges, and its influencing factors. Part IV is the key chapter. This section, firstly, indicates the significance and the theoretical basis of constructing whole career guidance curriculum in higher vocational colleges; secondly, proposes five building principles including systematic, whole, individuality, subjectivity and the harmonious development; thirdly, summarizes the constructing objectives at three levels: attitude, knowledge and skills; fourthly, designs and develops the course structure, including curriculum content and curriculum category. It is the curriculum category" two categories, three types of classes, and nine basic supports" based on classroom learning, life experience and environmental influenced that constitutes the core of this thesis; finally, proposes the" 331" curriculum evaluation system.
