In addition, the training needs and government training supply above there is still a disconnect, in order to overcome the contradictions, we propose the following approach to solve: 1, to strengthen the new farmers science and technology training system, with the proviso that the first is to improve related laws and regulations, increase system supply, and secondly to increase the investment in the new Multi farmer training, improve the new farmer training facilities and the training of new farmers demand set focus on training; 2, the role of agriculture in the new farmer training in colleges and universities, emphasizing the full College practice base demonstration effect, to set up demand-oriented training courses,the configuration of high theoretical level and rich practical experience of teachers, build interactive training platform. China's agricultural development has gradually into "the city with rural" mode.
