Research On Training Strategies Of Physical Education Professionals In Jilin Province Based On The Contradiction Of Supply And Demand

The convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country means that our country has entered a new era.The progress of society has not only promoted the development of higher education,but also promoted the development of physical education,but it has also caused a series of problems.The major of physical education carries the mission of providing excellent physical education teachers and social sports talents for the country.However,because of the large-scale expansion in the past,the talents cultivated can not meet the diversified needs of today’s society.The contradiction between supply and demand is a set of concepts in economics.The reason for its occurrence is the serious imbalance of supply and demand caused by the long-term rapid development.As the supplier of training talents,colleges and universities should cultivate talents after fully understanding the real needs of the society for sports education professionals,so as to solve the current contradiction between supply and demand between college sports education talents and the society.This article focuses on the perspective of "contradiction between supply and demand",using the method of literature data,interviews,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics.Analyze the current situation and problems of the supply of physical education professionals in Jilin Province and the current demand for physical education professionals in the society,in order to better meet the needs of social development of physical education professionals to provide theoretical reference,and put forward the relevant optimization strategy of talent training.The number of physical education graduates in jilin province is about 2.8 times more than the social demand,there is a contradiction between supply and oversupply in the quantity,the quality of physical education professionals trained does not match the market demand,which causes the contradiction in the hierarchy structure,so we need to put forward targeted optimization strategies.The optimization strategy proposed from the perspective of supply and demand,on the government side: the government plays the role of policy guidance and macro-control to expand high-quality incremental supply;in the process of college training: market demand-oriented,formulate talent training goals and programs,and establish networks between colleges and universities Course resource sharing alliance,promote the implementation of the "city school,school-school" joint construction plan,build a high-quality physical education professional faculty,improve the evaluation and assessment talent mechanism,and strengthen the employment guidance for students;at the same time,the employer strengthens the cooperation with the university Establish an information sharing platform;As the main body,students should take the initiative to improve their theoretical knowledge,improve their working ability,change the traditional concept of employment,and plan for the future as soon as possible.
