The rapid development of network and multi-media speeds up the educational reform. Our traditional teaching-designing mode which focuses on teachers is not adaptable for the information era. Thanks to the support of the multi-media network, the teaching-mode research in the network surroundings has become the center of attention, which must have a further effect on the reforms in our high education.This essay analyzes the problems in the traditional teaching mode and the feature and principle of the task-driven teaching model in the network surroundings. It bases on Constructivism and the Theory of Multiple Intelligences and designs the task, resources, strategies for the study and organization, management and evaluation of the teaching after analyzing the teaching objective, teaching contents and students' characters. This teaching mode focuses on the students and teachers are regarded as the mentors. So the students' independence, ability to innovate and coordinate is cultivated. Combined with certain subject, this essay sets up an example: Photoshop CS and makes an experimental research of the task-driven teaching mode. In this research, teachers provide several of study resources and assignments for students. Furthermore, they encourage students to study automatically driven by the typical task. In the end, students can combine independent exploration and close coordination with each other and the effect are satisfactory. This result shows that this task-driven teaching-designing mode is effective and feasible. It is hoped that this research result can be helpful for the teachers during their teaching designing.
