The interactive whiteboard combines multimedia and blackboard teaching technology.Itnot only can display multimedia data(image,video,etc.),but also can use "teaching blackboard + explanation" 。 This paper explores and studies the application of interactive whiteboard about biology teachingin junior middle school.Firstly,through consulting a large number of documents and related materials,understanding of the domestic and foreign research on the application of interactive whiteboard in the classroom teaching,especially in junior high school biology classroom teaching research status and results.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,we see the advantages and disadvantages of the interactive whiteboard in junior high school biology teaching.So we define the objectives,content and research methods.Secondly,we are based on the constructivism learning theory and teaching optimization theory of Baban J Ki to design "Stability of ecosystem." and " Human reproduction and development " with the interactive whiteboard platform to meet the requirements of biology teaching And the teaching planreflect theadvantages of interactive whiteboard.Thirdly,we start teaching according to the design of the "stability of ecosystem " and " Human reproduction and development " to observe the teaching process,analysis lessons make a survey from students and interview teachers,In order to obtain the data of the application effect of the interactive whiteboard in the classroom teaching,and then analyze the data,the formation of the research conclusion.The research shows that the interactive whiteboard is a teaching information technology which is liked by both teachers and students.Teachers can make use of the interactive electronic whiteboard for teaching design,optimize scenario creation.In the teaching process,the use of interactive whiteboard functions such as magnifying glass function,spotlight function,video player playback cycle function,the endorsement function can flexibly and effectively implement the teaching function,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,students and students.So as to improve the students’ learning attention,learning interest,learning initiative,learning effectiveness.And then to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,so that students are willing to learn,teachers are willing to teaching.At last,it summarizes the methods of teaching design in three aspects,including the introduction of new lessons,the teaching of new lessons and classroom practice andsummary.We also puts forward the deficiencies of the research.
