Professional ethics is a certain moral principles and norms in the people's thoughts and behavior performance,has the social thought guidance,it appears to be the person some stable characteristics and tendencies.Occupational moral education for college students not only is the inevitable requirement of the basic task of higher education,and college students themselves and the healthy development of the market economy development request inevitably.Higher education should attach importance to the cultivation of talents of all-round development,not only requires students to master certain professional knowledge and professional skills,but also should pay attention to cultivate college students to form good professional ethics.Professional ethics education,basic principles and main contents.College students' professional ethics education is to point to: educators from the characteristics of college students themselves,to meet the needs of the current social development,to the students about relevant professional ethics and code of conduct,actively guide the student to participate in social practice,deepening college students' understanding and the understanding of the professional ethics,internalizing students professional ethics into patterns of behavior,to cultivate college students' professional quality,as a contemporary college students to lay a solid professional ethics discipline education,etc.In the process of writing,through consulting relevant literature,this article analysis current our country the status quo of college students' professional ethics education and the necessity and urgency of strengthening the professional ethics education of college students,analyzed the significance of strengthening professional ethics education to college students.First of all,college students' professional ethics education,is the important content of current moral education work in colleges and universities in our country.College students' professional ethics education can achieve good effect,whether to develop for the Chinese nation is of great significance to the builders and successors of having both ability and political integrity;Second,is helpful to realize the basic task of moral education in colleges and universities.At present,the fundamental goal is to ensure that students of higher education three aspects of common development of morality,intelligence and physique,but also has the very strong beginning ability,and have a certain innovation spirit;Once again,is beneficial to promote college students' individual development,serve the society.Can college students establish the correct choosing profession idea,not only relates to how they can employment and employment,and is related to whether they can take on social responsibility to contribute to the society,this is a major problem involving the whole social interest.The results in this paper,by analyzing the questionnaires and interviews,the higher vocational school students professional ethics education of the main problems boil down to: one is that students' professional ethics idea lag,for college students,college students as an individual in the society,both for their implementation of college students' professional ethics education and the formation of professional ethics and practice of college students themselves,are inevitably influenced by the social environment of negative impacts;Second,college students' professional ethics education way of a single,lack of innovation.The survey found that the college students' professional ethics education,mainly through the classroom teaching the dominant curriculum,ignore to the construction of the other way.This is clearly too single and simplification,certainly cannot reach anticipated goal,at the same time also weakened in the subjective initiative of students in the process of professional ethics education.Three is that college students' professional ethics education way to implement the lack of professional teachers,the status quo of full-time teachers in colleges and universities can not meet the needs of the professional ethics education.Not only characterized by the lack of teachers,but also in part the lack of consciousness of teachers' professional ethics education.Four,the monotony of education evaluation.The factors of higher vocational school students professional ethics education.Aiming at the main problems existing in the professional ethics education of higher vocational school students,this paper discusses the influencing factors of vocational school students' vocational moral education.From the social environment,school environment,and university students themselves three aspects of vocational school students to analyze the influence factors of vocational moral education.Finally,according to the existing occupation moral education of college students the proposed ways to strengthen the contemporary Chinese college students' occupation moral education,including moral education to promote the transformation of the concept of occupation moral education;to campus activities as a platform for innovation of occupation moral education of new ideas;new ways to support innovative occupation moral education in social practice activities;and by strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and to improve the educational level of occupation moral education.
