Study Of The Status Of Hefei College Students’ Network Morals

With the development of Internet technology, network with unprecedented way affect the lives of everyone. The network is not only bringing the college students convenience but also some negative effects. It is constantly seen them losing behavior in morality discipline. Not that well restricted under the anonymity in the cyber communication. In recent years, the college students’ unethical behavior is more and more. They get rid of the shackles of morality for the anonymity of internet. Making computer viruses, hacking, abusing, publishing false information, academic plagiarism such behaviors have occurred. As the elite and the future of the country the status of them will affect the development of whole society directly.This essay chooses students in five universities:University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University, Anhui Medical University, Hefei Normal University, Anhui Broadcasting Movies and television college, which are quite representative as investigators. This essay imports questionnaire surveys, in depth interviews and case study to investigate the status of Hefei college students’network morals. At last, the essay discusses the existing problems of Hefei college students’ network morals and puts forwards the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The essay is divided into four parts. Part One is the introduction. This part Not only elaborates purposes of the research and significance of the essay but also reviews achievements of the research. In addition, it elaborates the research methods and the essay structures. Part two describes the internet development status and trend of china at first. Then it analyses the network morals’ content and meaning in the age of Internet. In the end, the essay describes the relation and differences between network morals and the actual morality. The author repute the network morals is the reference standard that people have to follow when they doing social activities through internet. It is the sum of standards to adjust the relationship between people with others and society. Network is a special form of social morality. The actual morality is the foundation of network morals. However, network morals is the a kind of extension and expansion of the actual morality. But network and actual morality has the identified perception on moral subject; Moral elements; It is distinguished to realize the moral environment. In addition, network morals has its own characteristics of autonomy, diversity and open-minded.Part three investigates the status of Hefei college students’ network morals and analyses the existing problems through questionnaires survey and in-depth interviews. The third section surveyed and analyzed the condition and existing problems of college student internet morality in Hefei area through two methods which combine questionnaire survey and interviews. Three issues were found as below:Frequently happened network immoral behavior; weak network responsibility consciousness;low network moral cognition.The fourth section mainly analyzed the reason of College students network immoral behavior occurrence and researched couter plan. Author thought that there are three reasons why cause college student immoral behavior problem as below. Firstly, the unique broadcasting feature cause weak network moral consciousness of college student. Secondly, lack of network morality, education. Thirdly, college students are in the stage of puberty, psychology and physiology development are still uncompleted which lead to weak controlment of self behavior, so they are easy to make network immoral behavior. Fourth, relative lagging of cyber morality, system and legal system construction, exceeding development of internet. In order to improve the college student internet moral level, need to do from several aspect as below, strengthen the internet moral consciousness for college students needing, foster good habit of internet moral behavior. Family, school and society should strengthen the education of college student morality., complete supervisory, establish and improve internet laws and regulations.
