Objective:Based on the routine training of road bicycle,this experiment combined with Wattbike power bicycle training,through observing the training cycle of 12 weeks,collecting the training results data,observing the changes of blood lactic acid,creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase and creatinine before and after the experiment,and observing the effects of different training modes on various enzyme activities in the serum of the tested athletes.To study whether this new training method can optimize the anaerobic exercise ability of the tested athletes,it is hoped that this study can provide a feasible and more effective new daily training method.In this experiment,different training load values were set according to the individual abilities of the participants.This method can solve the problem of the athletes' exercise quantity and the effect of the exercise intensity,and effectively avoid the influence of different athletes using the single load value in the traditional training.Methods of study:A total of 30 athletes participated in the experiment,all from the Inner Mongolia Road Bike Men's team.then it was divided into 2 groups by paired design method by basic anaerobic test,15 people each in experimental group and control group.Athletes in the experimental group were trained by the combination of W attbike power bicycle training and road bicycle routine training,while the subjects in the control group only carried out routine training based on repeated training and intermittent training.Both groups were trained in anaerobic exercise ability in the experimental stage.Before the two groups of training,the maximum anaerobic exercise ability of the subjects was tested by Wattbike unified,and then the training was carried out in different modes for 12 weeks.Experimental group Wattbike power bicycle training 4 times a week,each time 1.5-2 hours of training,combined with routine training 4 times.control group routine training 8 times a week,each time 2-5 hours of training time.After twelve weeks of training in different modes,the maximum anaerobic exercise ability of the two groups was re-tested.before the experiment and after 12 weeks of training,the elbow vein blood of 15 subjects in each group was sampled 3 times each ml,the quiet state of the first sampling before the training of the subjects,the second sampling was immediately after the subjects participated in the exercise,and the third sampling was fasting in the morning on the second day after the subjects' exercise.After taking blood samples,the serum was isolated,and the serum lactate,creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase and creatinine levels were detected by the instrument.Results:(1)Analysis of the test results of the experimental group and the control group of 30 excellent male road cyclists showed that the anaerobic exercise ability of different types(primary,retention,persistence)showed different levels,and there was no correlation between the different types of anaerobic exercise ability.(2)Before and after the experiment,the experimental group with Wattbike power bicycle and road bicycle combined with the training of experimental group athletes with road bicycle routine training compared with the use of road bicycle routine training of the control group athletes of the three(primary,retention,persistence)maximum anaerobic exercise ability to improve the degree of the former,and have significant differences.(3)During the whole training cycle,the heart rate of the athletes showed a tendency of rising first and then decreasing.There were some differences between the basic heart rate values of the athletes,and the basic heart rate of the athletes was in normal condition,and there was no overtraining or disease.(4)The blood lactic acid value of each period before training and the blood lactic acid value of each phase after training were compared.After training,the blood lactic acid value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control blood.(5)Serum creatine kinase CK ? lactate dehydrogenase LDH and creatinine CR were significantly increased(p<0.001)in both experimental and control groups at the end of week 12 training.Conclusion:(1)The specific classification of anaerobic exercise ability of road bicycle can be divided into three types according to the special characteristics of road bicycle and according to the results of expert interview and the basis of exercise biomechanics and exercise training.(2)After the experimental group was trained by combining Wattbike power bicycle with conventional training,the anaerobic exercise ability of the tested athletes was significantly improved.The improvement degree of anaerobic exercise ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and this training had a good effect on the phosphate system in the experimental group.(3)The blood lactic acid values of the subjects participating in the training showed a tendency of rising first and then decreasing when they were quiet before the experiment,indicating that the body function gradually recovered during the anaerobic training of the athletes,and the athletes in the experimental group had stronger recovery ability.(4)At the end of the 12 th week training,the values of creatinine,serum creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase in the experimental group and the control group were significantly increased,and the increase of enzyme activity in the experimental group was relatively higher than that in the control group,indicating that the exercise intensity of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.(5)Different types of anaerobic sports ability have their own basic characteristics and practical significance,and the training characteristicsin competitive sports practice are also different,including the characteristics of training content,methods and means and basic requirements.
