| In contemporary society,the psychological health problems have more and more influence on people’s life,especially in the stage of junior high school students,students’ psychological and physiological changes,more sensitive to the students,many students have different degrees of mental health problems,seriously affect the students’ learning and living.Therefore,in the junior high school students’ mental health has become an important part of the school education management.And this stage of students are easy to be misled,also easy to be guided.Plasticity and acceptability are relatively strong.If the school take the correct mental health education method,it will achieve a multiplier effect.The perfect mental health education system can promote the development of junior middle school students’ mental health,form a sound personality,and cultivate the good social acceptance ability of the junior middle school students.A good education environment also can effectively avoid the adverse psychological quality of junior high school students,avoid develop severe mental illness.It is more conducive to achieving the goal of quality education,so that students can have intellectual physical and get all aspects of development.Mental health education also can meet the needs of the times,to promote the foundation of social progress.In twenty-first Century,the fierce competition between countries,and the most fundamental competitive factor is human talent.Human talent competition is the basis of all the competition,it have a good psychological quality which is the basic standard to judge a talent.In this paper,we selected five secondary schools in Longkou City as the research object.First of all,reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,understanding of the relevant theories and cutting-edge knowledge,To pave the way for the development of the paper.The main body of the thesis is the implementation of the questionnaire and the interview method.The questionnaire from five middle schools and 150 teachers and 300 students as the research object,the number of investigations are in accordance with the school teachers and students in proportion;interview mainly interviewed 12 school principals and 10 leaders and 50 parents of students.Then,the survey and analysis of questionnaire data,summarize the contents of the interview,find out the existing school mental health education in Longkou Cityproblems and causes,and put forward reasonable suggestions on mental health education in schools.The main issues of mental health education of Junior high school students are:(1)high school lack of mental health consciousness;(2)the school curriculum is not balanced;(3)teachers’ work center of gravity shift culture course;(4)lack of professional psychological teachers;(5)psychological consultation room not be used full;(6)the school communication with parents rarely.The main reasons are:(1)the lack of assessment mechanism of school mental health education;(2)the enrollment rate of oppression;(3)the idea of teaching needs to be improved;(4)the lack of psychological teachers’ selection and training mechanism;(5)the students lack the awareness of mental health;(6)the parents’ mental health consciousness is low.Countermeasures are:(1)establish the evaluation index of school mental health education;(2)the implementation of double track teaching;(3)the training of teachers correct teaching view;(4)equipped with a mental health professional teachers;(5)to guide the students’ awareness of mental health;(6)to strengthen the school and parents communication.The results from the survey of five middle school in Longkou City,the current situation of middle school psychological health education in Longkou City is not optimistic,school leaders and teachers,the school mental health education way and content of mental health education,the supervision mechanism is not very understanding,students on mental health is not very understanding,in the face of difficulties and setbacks are not handled well Longkou City,high school mental health education should be further perfected and improved. |
