With the advancement of education,teaching gravity from the previous teacher's "teaching" turned to students "studying",from "pure impart knowledge" turned on "for the development of each student",and the traditional mode of operation has been unable to keep up with the pace of development of education.In this paper,how to give full play to students in the post-class learning the maximum function,in order to improve the student's mathematical literacy,so that each student can obtain the necessary mathematics at the same time to adapt to the students' own development as a foothold.Through literature analysis method,and survey method,and education experiment method,research method,to pedagogy and psychology for theory cornerstone,to high mathematics " people teach A version of compulsory 5" plate for perspective,to layered job for carrier,research four a aspects of problem: a is textbook exercises analysis,on textbook " people teach A version of compulsory 5" in the amount of exercises,types,set the principle of configuration characteristics of the analysis,full understand textbook exercises in configuration Shang of advantage and insufficient;II is status survey,through questionnaire survey and interview of way,Understand current high grade students extracurricular homework of status,combined questionnaire data,analysis problem exists of reasons;three is carried out empirical research,in the concept of humanism,set class,from the students ' level of knowledge,learning differences as a starting point,on its implementation homework layered experiment research;four is layered homework of strategy,system to build a tiered model of homework,content and realization of path.The main conclusions of the study are:(1)after investigation,the problems of high school students' mathematics work are mainly reflected in the lack of the amount of work and the difficulty of homework in the overall grasp and division;the content of the homework is too simple and formalize;doesn't continue the classroom effect;the form of the homework is too traditional the value of the homework is notfully reflected;teacher in the layout and design of the homework are not respond very well to the requirements of new curriculum reform.(2)The experimental results show that experiment in the student's performance,student learning attitude are habits to achieve a certain effect,as follows: class effect is extended,student achievement is improved,students' attitudes towards learning,changes in habits,the way to get good,on the level of students' cognitive and affective experience has a positive effect.The main results of this research are as follows: a set of design methods is designed in the homework design,and the corresponding homework assignment principles are discussed,and more effective stratification strategies and suggestions are put forward.Homework reform is a slow work yields fine engineering,job hierarchy formed a complete model researchers need to constantly explore and experiment,and hope for future researchers have some revelation,for further study.
