What are their main duties? What are the specific implementing contents to supervise training plan? What are the deficiencies in this plan? Will Shanghai Yangpu social work supervision personnel training plan as a complete system, studies the correlation between each element and influence and role.During the study, through the main participants of the project, including, civil affairs departments, industry associations, social workers and social workers and supervising personnel institutional research found that Shanghai Yangpu district supervisor training plans to form a linkage including related departments involved in implementing the complete operating mechanism.
