Research On Employment Of Art Gtaduates In China

The number of College art graduates in China has been increasing by years,and the situation of difficult employment cannot be ignored.The main reason lies in not only the insufficient opportunity of the society,but also the imperfection of abilities of those graduates personally.Recently the increasing popularity of the Art exam leads to the geometric growth of art students,and as a consequence,the problem of difficult employment gets to be urgent and serious,for example,it is nothing new to hear that plenty of art graduates get rebuffed in job hunting.According to the conclusion of the social blue book of the Chinese academy of social sciences in 2010,the employment rate of graduates majoring in art is at bottom among all majors in university.Therefore,measures of improving the ability and competition in job hunting of art graduates need to take effect in no time.The Shenyang Conservatory of Music has stressed the importance of the problem of the ability of graduates in employment in recent years,but the problem cannot be eliminated fundamentally.And some issues need further research and discussion like how to enhance the ability of graduates in SYCM,how to improve the employment rate and how to make the government to strengthen the employment guarantee of relevant graduates,etc.Therefore,I manage to make a comprehensive research and investigation in the problem of current situation of art graduates in China with the graduates from the SYCM to be my sample,and the results and conclusions are noted in this thesis,which includes the following parts: the background and meaning of this research;the all-round explanation of the current situation both at home and abroad with the literature research method;make it clear about the method,content of the research as well as the innovative perspective;set forth relevant concepts and fundamental theories of the employment problems of college art graduates;stress the features of art graduates.At the same time,this thesis brings in the human capital theory,the social capital theory,and the Job security theory to be the theoretical basis.In the meanwhile,I aim to find out the problems of employment and analyze the causes of these problems by investigation and research based on the current status of art graduates of the SYCM.What's more,this thesis states some efficient experience of college art graduates both at home and abroad,playing a beneficial role in solving the difficulty of employment of art graduates in China.At the end of the thesis,I put forward several countermeasures to deal with the employment difficulty,including to expand the government's influence on the employment environment;to provide full-course employment guidance for art graduates;to fulfill the employment security system and to encourage art graduates to become self-employed with innovative method,etc.
