Analysis On Community Attachment And Community Participation Of Suburban Residents

Community attachment is residents' recognition, passion and cohesion of the areas they live and the culture they belong to. In the influential factors, it is effective to improve community attachment by increasing relative stability of people living in the community, promoting residents' communication, and fostering harmonious neighborhoods and strengthening people's participation in the activities and construction of the community. Community participation is an important factor in the direct decision of community management democratization, which is not only the solid foundations of community construction, but also the main ways of promoting community cohesion, attachment.The thesis focuses on the research of the community attachment and participation of suburban residents, it uses the "field theory" and "attitude-behavior" of social psychology, non-hypothesis testing parameters, and case interviews to explore community attachment and community participation of residents, as well as it provides some strategies, in order to enhance their community participation.The thesis consists of 4 chapters as follows.Chapter I: topic and meaning of this thesis. It mainly introduces the concept, content and others of community attachment.
