With the deepening of a new round curriculum reform,the comprehensive requirement for educational object gradually improves,not only requires education geared to the needs of all students,also requires each student to be fair in the result and process of education.However,in the process of education management practice,academic achievement in a medium level of students in class is in a state of a neglected.The current phenomenon which is not consistent with the concept of education reform in "education must face all students" is of high-profile.In view of the current situation of education that academic achievement in a medium level of students in class is in a state of a neglected,this thesis will analyze this by questionnaire method,case analysis method,observation method and interview method,and from the perspective of class managers-the class teacher,put forward the corresponding solution strategies.Through the consult and analysis of document literature at home and abroad,the author finds out that foreign countries pay more attention on educational equality,they have a hierarchical,targeted and personalized teaching method.There is no “average student” in foreign countries,while it is a non-academic concept occurred in China's educational practice.Average students mean those students whose academic performances are in a medium level.It was classified on the basis of students' performance by those educators who were affected by traditional education system.With the comprehensively promote of quality-oriented education,many experts and educators have paid attention to the matter of average students,while the perspective is little biased which has a lot of research space.Based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad,the research perspective of this paper will be the average students in high school,uses person's full scale development theory,the theory of multiple intelligences,the development of social psychological theory and the Pygmalion effect as theoretical basis,and combines the education teaching management experience,analyze students in high school from four aspects of the class structure,ideological understanding,mental health and mental state.According to the analysis of the reason that average students in high schools are overlooked and the forgotten educational management status,and also the harmful effect,this paper will explain the necessity and importance of strengthening the management of average students in high school.In view of the problem that the head teacher always overlook the average students in aspects of education management,expectations,communication and opportunity,this paper is going to analyze the reason from the society,school,family,head teacher and students themselves and other factors.Therefore,this paper intends to put forward the strategies to solve the problem of the absence of management of average students from the perspective of school,society,family,head teacher and average students,in order to improve and change the current situation of high school education management.
