Mobile phone has a profound impact on high school student's daily life and interpersonal communication,which has gradually become a hot topic that parents,teachers,schools and society are most concerned about and worried about.Therefore,the reasonable use and effective management of mobile phones in high school has always been the focus of education.On the issue of students using mobile phones in high school campus.In this case,only through a systematic and in-depth investigation and understanding of the current situation of mobile phone management,we can objectively interpret the difficulties faced by the head teacher in this work.From this,we put forward the corresponding solutions,which lead us to develop the strengths and avoid the weaknesses and give full play to the management and guidance of the head teachers.This paper takes the head teacher and students of high school as the research object,investigates the current situation of the head teacher's mobile phone management of the students in school and analyzes the difficulties and reasons faced by the head teacher in the management.Based on the existing relevant research and education and teaching theory,it improves the school rules and class discipline.Through in-depth understanding and analysis,it strengthens the positive guidance of students' behavior.Improves the management effect of the head teacher To alleviate the pressure and anxiety of the head teacher,to pool the efforts of all parties,to optimize the resources and effects of mobile phone management,to improve the quality of self-development of senior high school students,and to further improve the work system of mobile phone management of the head teacher.
