Investigation On Establishing A Learning Organization Among The English Teachers In Primary School

It is a serious challenge to reform for most English teachers in primary schools that the old working mode and the fixed working condition obstruct their professional development.Even if some teachers try to change their class,but it's difficult to continuously improve the professional level without the teamwork and research.By consulting the relevant literature,and combining with the work experience,I believe that establishing a learning organization among the English teachers can help them improve the professional level continuously.Therefore,I make a decision on the study of the learning organization among English teachers in primary schools,who are the objects of the study.This paper explores a set of strategies for the construction of learning organization among them,with the purpose of solving their current difficulties of professional development.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of English teachers in primary schools and explores the strategies of learning organization among them,on the basis of the professional need from the new curriculum reform.Through using the literature research method,the questionnaire survey and interviews are carried out,in order to identify problems and know more about the status of professional development of English teachers.Through studying the relevant topics,the research direction is set.Through using the action research,the strategies of learning organization among English teachers in primary schools are explored,which mainly focus on the investigation on building common vision and alignment,the investigation on team learning,the investigation on the improvement on the way of thinking,the investigation on systematic thinking,and the investigation on individual mastery.It's helpful for the professional development among English teachers in primary schools to establish the learning organization.The learning organization helps teachers take care of the work and family,keep pace with the times in the group learning and personal learning,improve their professional level,so as to awaken the wisdom of students and achieve the meaning of education.
