In recent years,due to the needs of school development,a large number of young teachers have entered Z primary school.They are the reserve force of Z primary school teachers and the core element of the future development of Z primary school.Therefore,how to accurately grasp the characteristics of young teachers,the construction of the corresponding learning organization,and according to the existing learning organization-the management of the youth association put forward the corresponding improvement strategy.It has become an important task for school management to guide the healthy growth of young teachers and promote their professional development.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this study investigated and studied the current development situation of the youth association.Based on the survey data,it found that there were problems in the youth association of Z primary school.Based on the theoretical basis,the corresponding improvement strategies were obtained,and some improvement Suggestions were given to the management of the youth association.To help the youth association build itself into a true learning organization,to enhance the learning ability of young teachers and enhance their independent management ability through the platform of the youth association.It provides guidance for young teachers to take an active part in school management and to overcome and avoid the drawbacks of their own personality development.Combining the goal set by young teachers to realize their own value with the development plan of the school in the future,ultimately promoting the development of young teachers' self-potential,tapping their own management ability,giving play to their personality characteristics,and improving their professional growth level.To improve young teachers' understanding of learning-oriented organizational culture and their job satisfaction,so as to promote the initiative and all-round development of young teachers.This study is divided into six parts: the first is the introduction.This part clarifies the research background,purpose and significance of this paper.The first chapter is the research summary and theoretical basis.This chapter defines the core concepts of youth association,learning organization and professional development of young teachers.Then,the research contents and achievements of "learning organization" and "teacher professional development" at home and abroad are sorted out to understand the development direction and evolution process of these studies.In the end,the theoretical basis of the research includes the theory of lifelong education,the theory of learning organization and the theory of teacher professional development.The second chapter is the research design and method.It includes research objects,research methods and research tools,among which research methods are the focus of this chapter,including literature analysis method,questionnaire method and interview method.The third chapter is the research results.Conclusions were drawn from the data obtained from the three different dimensions of the questionnaire,namely,the construction of learning organizational culture,job satisfaction and organizational commitment,which laid a foundation for the analysis of the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter is the problems and causes in the construction and development of the youth association.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and countermeasures.Firstly,the problems existing in the development of the youth association were summarized,and then the improvement strategies were put forward based on the three questionnaires.
