| In the face of national and international challenges and competition,the leadership of our Ministry of Education and many universities is experimenting with a variety of different ways to motivate academics with the aim of improving their research.And vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in China,the incentive of teachers is also essential.In vocational colleges,many factors affect the teaching and research motivation of academic staff: working conditions,wages and bonuses,promotion opportunities and so on.By means of incentives,for example,teachers can be shown to be of high performance by giving decent pay,and the implementation of effective performance evaluations can help foster a competitive atmosphere among employees.I am engaged in higher vocational education,careful study found that the study of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province is necessary,with theoretical significance and practical value.This paper first introduces the incentive of talent,and then in the process of analysis of domestic and foreign research,found that the research of teacher talent incentive is not comprehensive enough,and for the Guangdong province vocational college teachers incentive research almost no.Insufficient incentive is mainly manifested in the lack of incentives,incentives to set the democratic is not enough,and the lack of understanding of the psychological factors of teachers.The main purpose of this study is to explore the internal and external factors that affect the incentive of the teacher population and to better understand,for example,the behavioral intentions(motivations)of the enthusiasm or slackness of the faculty to the assigned post or the subject being studied,The factors of productivity research.This paper takes the literature,questionnaires and action research methods to carry on the empirical research to the teachers of NGS higher vocational colleges,analyzes the difference of the motivations of teachers from the aspects of age,sex,post and so on,combined with the incentive of NGS vocational colleges The status quo,in the formulation of long-term effective incentive strategy,to the higher vocational school decision-makers to make effective recommendations to help improve the competitiveness of vocational colleges. |
