At present,the modern apprenticeship as an effective form of vocational education,recognition and support by many countries,the development of modern apprenticeship system has become the development trend of international professional education.Face a serious shortage of the talent of high technical skills,vocational education' Separation of theory and practice,our country also proposes the establishment of modern apprentice system,vigorously promote the development of modern apprenticeships.Had a formal apprenticeship system in our country,the country also introduced a lot of relevant policy document to promote the development of the apprenticeship,but with the development of the vocational school education,apprenticeship training gradually marginalized.At national level of apprenticeships relevant policy documents as the research object,system,since the founding of the complete collection by the state council,the ministry of education,the labor department(now the ministry of human resources and social security),and other policy documents issued by the national authority department,From the policy documents of China's political and economic background,apprenticeship development and characteristics of the different stages of the evolution and development of the content of apprenticeship policy since the founding of China was divided into to four stages:Apprenticeship which training in enterprises,Aapprenticeship based to "part-work and part-study ",Disappearing apprenticeship,Exploration and development for modern Apprenticeship.Through the analysis of the function and characteristics of the apprenticeship system,the author sums up the characteristics of the content of the apprenticeship policy,and establishes the content analysis standard of the three aspects ofIntegrity,scientific and creativity.At the same time,the education policy content analysis as the basis,in accordance with the contents of apprenticeship policy has been established.Analysis from the standard,policy objective,policy and implementation measures(apprenticeship courses,apprenticeship,regulation of the provisions,with only the master to apprentice apprentice during the assessment,the level of treatment)the three dimensions of systematic analysis of apprenticeship policy of our country content.Finally,on the basis of combing,analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the development and evolution of the apprenticeship policy in our country,the author draws a conclusion of the relevant policies of China's modern apprenticeship : The content of the modern apprenticeship system in China should be improved from the aspects of promoting the integration of policy objectives,the diversification of policy objects,the comprehensive measures of policy implementation and the operability.Not only that,but also to promote the introduction of modern apprenticeship laws and regulations,the use of legal means to ensure the effective implementation of China's modern apprenticeship policy,to promote the development of China's modern apprenticeship.
