Research On The Effective Teaching In The Secondary Vocational School

The western scientific teaching movement before the 20 th century gives birth to t he concept of effective teaching.Its core concept is teaching effect.In the secondary v ocational schools,there are many worrying problems,which seriously affected the tea ching efficiency and the sustainable development of these schools.To solve these problems,according to effective teaching standard,we made an observation of the effective teaching classes which shows the difference between excellent class teaching and general class teaching.By contrast,the relative inefficiency was shown from the general classes teaching.It was led by the teaching method problems that students hate the boring explanation and the teaching environment is out of date,teachers' poor preparation.This thesis selected two excellent students and two poor students to show a compare between the two groups and make a psychological measurement and analysis for them to further understand the basic teaching situation of the current secondary vocational school.The thesis found that students in secondary vocational school had both reverse psychology and ambivalence;they were eager to teachers but rejected,wanted to learn something but were lazy to do.There was some misunderstanding on their psychological cognitive.We made a conclusion that the student's achievement does not only come from intelligence only,but also from the concern of his teachers?family and circumstance outside.By the observation and analysis on the class,the thesis finds the key elements affect class teaching.Based on the research above,this thesis suggests that teaching process should take teachers as the guiders and students as the main bodies,adopt advanced teaching equipment,update the teaching ideas and approaches,and adjust the teaching strategies according to students' learning situation.Vocational schools should provide good teaching system to better the teaching environment.Teaching in class,teachers should make reasonable teaching goal according to student's physical and mental development and the society needs.On the basis of fully understanding and respect to students,teachers should learn to communicate,pay attention to their oral expression,increase personal ability,focus on the diversification of teaching in class,promote the interaction between students and teachers,and strengthen students' self-awareness and self-management in order to achieve the effectiveness of teaching in class.
