Since China's reform and opening up,the popularization of higher education has let many students get the chance to acquire good education.However,the increasing number of college graduates has brought a new problem,namely the college graduates employment problem.According to the data from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,the amount of school graduates will reach to 7.49 million in 2015,and by 2016 the data will be more than 7.7 million.Such a large group of employment undoubtedly will bring great employment pressure to the society.If it doesn't be settled properly,this will be not only a waste of talent resources,but be harmful to the steady and fast development of society.Facing a serious situation about employment,the college graduate employment problem has caught government's high attention.How to effectively promote the employment of graduates has become a dilemma for the government.College graduates are excellent persons with high knowledge reserves and energetic,which are cultivated through higher education,and are the builders and successors of our country socialist modernization in the new period.As a special group who are freshmen in the society,they are often lack of practical work experience,skills,and scientific career planning.In the process of job search,they are at a disadvantage and face the huge pressure of employment.Thus,the party and state and local governments are granting a great importance and full attention to this problem,and have developed a series of relevant employment policy to solve it.However,because the government's policy makers generally only pay attention to develop and implement policy,and do not have fully understand about the problems occurring in the process of implementation,which make some policy do not receive the expected effect and can not meet the demand of college graduates.This paper took the college graduates employment policy in Dalian as the research object,and was based on the review of related research on the employment of university graduate policy at home and abroad,in order to analyze the main problems and the internal causes occurred in the implement,through combining the situation of Dalian university graduate employment policy implementation.Then,by taking the mature experience and theory at home and abroad for reference,this paper put forward suitable strategies to promote the implementation of Dalian university graduate employment policy,which aiming to provide certain guidance and reference for the policy implementation.
