With the continuous development of higher education,as the main human resources of the whole social and economic development,the employment of college students has also received widespread attention and attention,and has become a social hot spot of concern.Relevant departments have also introduced or put forward relevant policies on the employment of them,carried out guidance on entrepreneurship,effectively implemented and promoted the employment of college students.Based on Smith’s policy process model in public policy management,and supported by Keynesian employment theory,this paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the implementation of college students’ employment policy in Yunnan G College.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out the research status at home and abroad from the aspects of employment policy,policy implementation and employment policy implementation,it summarizes the relevant situation of the employment policy of university graduates in Yunnan Province and the implementation of the employment policy of Yunnan G College students;secondly,based on Smith’s policy process model,from the four aspects of policy,executive body,policy target group and policy implementation environment,through the overall situation and specific measures of college student employment policies in Yunnan Province and Yunnan G College,combined with employment staff interviews with Yunnan G College students Questionnaire survey(including graduates and non-graduates)to analyze the implementation of Yunnan G College’s employment policy for college students;Then,according to the actual implementation of the employment policy of college students in Yunnan G College,such as the design of the policy,the rights and responsibilities of the main body of the policy implementation,the ideological construction of the policy target group,and the policy implementation environment,etc.,to explore the causes;finally,according to the four aspects of Smith’s policy process model,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the implementation of Yunnan G College’s employment policy for college students.
