Incentive mechanism has been the exploration direction of many enterprises. A good incentive mechanism can effectively improve the efficiency of the staff, and promote the development of enterprises. Because of its difference from the incentive mechanism applied to the fixed staff in traditional academic education, the analysis on the incentive mechanism applied to the external staff in private non-academic training institutions has become a research topic in urgent need.With the development of social economy, the education industry has been refined, and the employment concept of college graduates has also become diversified. In a private non academic training institutions teachers management mode should also be developed according to the characteristics of knowledge enterprises and knowledge workers.This paper focuses on the management problems on the external staff in S company, as a private non-academic training company. Combined with domestic and foreign advanced educational external teachers incentive management experience, applying the theory of human resources, this paper conducted the analysis on the present situation of external teachers of in S Corporation. This paper points out the management problems of the its external staff and puts forward a new mode of management, which is to incent differently and diversely, according to the type of enterprise, industry characteristics, the characteristics of knowledge workers, and professional nature. It aims at constructing a high-end human resource management, optimizing enterprise staff, improving the employee's work efficiency, and establishing a new model of enterprise human resource management. Through this analysis, the private non-academic training institutes are hoped to establish a specialized, humane, and occupational employee management, in order to realize the diversification strategy transformation, and achieve optimal allocation of human resources.At the end of this paper, a summary of the full text is presented, and the need of further improvement is pointed out.
