With the rapid development of the scale of Private College enrollment,Part-timeteachers has become the main force of the private colleges, the occupies an important part ofthe Private College and University Teachers, however, part-time teachers have many problemsin private colleges;the most prominent is the standardized management of part-time teachers,and the problems that Private Colleges have to be solved. Therefore, this analysis of theproblems is the management of part-time teachers in private colleges and proposes the policyof solutions. And from the macro and micro aspects propose the management issues ofpart-time teachers in Private Colleges respectively. In macro level, the government forrelevant laws, regulations, and a variety of management systems of Private Colleges is notenough perfect, many policies are difficult to implement. In micro level, the managementconcept of part-time teachers is backwardness; hiring system is not standardized; teacherstructure is irrational; instability of the part-time teachers; the assessment mechanism ofpart-time teacher is imperfect, it does not do a very good incentives. To solve the aboveproblem, this paper makes the following recommendations, the government should continueto improve the relevant policies of private colleges and universities, private colleges shouldstrongly support and take a more active personnel system and fiscal policies. Teacher’s jobclassification and five insurance put on the agenda, and urged the public to correct thediscrimination and prejudice on Private Higher Education. The elimination of the idea of"work" part-time teachers in the school. From the perspective of human resourcemanagement, the concept of management of private colleges part-time teachers; regulating part-time teacher employment system, establishment of part-time teachers archives,continually optimize the teachers structural stability part-time teachers; to create a platformfor exchange of part-time teachers and full-time teachers, and learn from each other normativemanagement of part-time teachers to do the powers and responsibilities, and share theiracademic knowledge; part-time teacher performance file to build a scientific and effectiveevaluation mechanism; the enhancement of knowledge of the part-time teachers on a regularbasis to do training to enhance the development of vocational skills; clear, on the developmentof the school and part-time teachers will have a new breakthrough and progress.Documentary research, questionnaires, interviews and comparative analysis basis,select the typical analysis of Henan, a representative of the private universities as researchsubjects. Find part-time teacher management issues and put forward a solution to the currentfacing the plight of their corresponding countermeasures.
