The management guru Tom Peters once said’ human being is the only real resource of enterprises or businesses’. Booming in recent years, the private training supplements the shortage of public education, but at the same time meets the bottleneck of the teacher resource. In the western developed countries, the part-time teachers are widespread in the area of education, even more in private colleges than in public colleges. As a special kind of teachers, part-time teachers provide broader teacher resources for the private training on the one hand, and on the other hand, they meet the need of flexibility and controlling cost for the private training, playing an important role in alleviating the shortage of lacking teachers, promoting the competition and optimally allocation of teacher resources.It is a crucial issue for every private training school to consider about how to utilize part-time teachers, how to design effective incentive mechanism to make part-time teachers work most efficiently. Here, on the basis of summarizing the classical incentive theory, we analyzed incentive status for part-time teachers and existing problems in private education institutions. And we conducted the case study by selecting typical private training schools LD education:through interviews for part-time teachers, we refined suitable incentive factors for part-time teachers; Through questionnaire survey, we researched the main incentive factors affecting part-time teachers and its direction.In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the classical incentive theory, based on the LD education part-time teachers’ interviews, we extracted incentive factors suitable for part-time teachers, through questionnaire survey, studied the main motivating factors affecting part-time teachers and its direction. Field research data shows that the establishment of part-time teachers incentive mechanism is very necessary, and according to the importance, consider five kinds of factors, such as survival, success, relationships, autonomy and development, at the same time, we should consider different part-time teachers demand preference of on-demand incentive scheme. According to the research conclusion, in this paper, we have carried on the preliminary design of LD education part-time teachers incentive mechanism, and hope to point and plane, give it some references and inspiration to explore suitable incentive mechanism for private education institutions of part-time teachers.
