In the coming of information age, "ten years of educational information development plan" as a guide in this paper, the educational reform is turning into a turning point. Using literature method, Interview method, Questionnaire survey method, Experimental method, Classroom observation method, Action research method and mathematical statistics method, combined with the present situation of Wushu Teaching in Universities, in the now popular flipped classroom teaching mode research in other disciplines to explore flipped classroom teaching mode application in Wushu teaching action research.The main purpose of this study is:defects in view of the present situation of Wushu teaching and the traditional teaching mode, combined with a new concept of education in the information age and will flip the classroom teaching mode is applied to the martial arts teaching in Colleges and universities, so as to continuously improve the quality of teaching, to change the current status of the martial arts teaching in Colleges and universities, to stimulate students interest in learning, to change martial arts students learning situation and cultivate students'comprehensive ability.This study selected two classes of Freshmen of Fujian Normal University elective course of martial arts into the experimental group and the control group, all 40 people, men and women living in equal numbers.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, the experimental group to take the action of flipped classroom teaching mode, the problem immediately found in the process of experimental teaching, further adjustment and the revision of the teaching design and teaching structure.By observing the classroom performance of the experimental class and the control class, questionnaire contrast, skills and theoretical contrast examination, the interview results of the experimental class and the experimental process in the evaluation to verify the flipped classroom teaching mode application in College Wushu elective course teaching effect compared with the traditional teaching of Wushu teaching mode of teaching is significant, the sane that the suggestions and the deficiencies of the research are given, which provide reference for the next research.The following conclusions are drawn based on the comparison of the experimental results:1. Flip the classroom teaching mode applied in the martial arts in higher education, it effectively increase the students'skill in classroom practice time and real-time evaluation also greatly increased.It from classroom practice to solve the problem, thus improve the effect of classroom teaching.So turn classroom teaching model not only can be used in classroom teaching, but also can play an important role in the skill practice class.2. Flip the classroom teaching mode used in the martial arts in higher education, it is not only beneficial to the students'Wushu theory knowledge acquisition, also favorable for the formation of Wushu movement skills. The experimental results also show that using the flip classroom teaching pattern of experimental classes of students Wushu theory achievement and skill scores are higher than the general teaching mode that in comparative classes.3. Flip the classroom teaching mode used in the martial arts in higher education, it is conducive to improving the students'interest in learning martial arts, martial arts cognitive level, autonomy and exploring the learning consciousness, team cooperation consciousness and discovery, analysis, problem solving skills, and enhance the students' interest in martial arts and active participation, its own pleasure has improved.4. Flip the classroom teaching mode applied in the martial arts in higher education, it make the classroom motivation and classroom climate significantly improved, Also got most of the students love and recognition.
