Since reform and opening up,the education values of increasingly mature and perfect,the rapid change of social demand for talents and the construction of information era,need to constantly force of higher education teaching reform,flip the informatization of classroom teaching mode as a new teaching pattern to let a person shine at the moment,it is through the organic combination of classroom teaching and information technology,changed the traditional teaching model of the process to achieve the teacher to students’ autonomous learning guide is given priority to,increase the interaction between students and teachers.Flip the classroom teaching mode in class in the form of video,text,images,through the network platform is passed to the students,to students’ learning efficiency,the student will be independent learning before class,the teacher is in the classroom to solve students’ problems in the process of preparation before class,help students absorb knowledge more effectively.Turn this paper in order to verify the classroom teaching mode in the Sanda elective course teaching effect,using the method of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods of grade 2019 public Sanda sports elective course students in experimental study,the experimental group using flip classroom teaching mode of teaching,the control group with traditional teaching mode of teaching,for after a semester of the experiment was carried out on the students physical fitness test,sanda skills to master,comparing the students’ interest in courses,through the experiment the following conclusions and recommendations:Conclusion:(1)the experiment group and the control group after students’ physical fitness test level are improved,Sanda sports learning,can effectively improve the level of student’s physical quality,the experimental group statistically higher than control group,but by T test found that the P value were greater than 0.05,the test results show two groups of students constitution difference was not significant.(2)There were significant differences in Sanda motor skills between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.But for the experimental group and control group after experimental Sanda skills for independent samples T test,found that the experimental group than the control group with very significant difference,indicate that by turning the classroom to let the students learn to autonomous learning,is not affected by time and place of study,the maximum to help students improve the Sanda sports skills.(3)According to the analysis of students’ final scores in free-form boxing,23 students in the experimental group scored over 80,accounting for 76.7% of the total score,while only 6 students in the control group scored over 80,accounting for only 20% of the total score.The average value of the experimental group was 83.73±4.55,and that of the control group was 74.07±5.92,and P was less than 0.01,indicating that flipped classroom teaching mode has more advantages than the traditional teaching mode.(4)after the experiment the students interest in learning the dimension by T test,found that the experimental group than the control group with very significant difference,that causes the differences are the key for the experimental group adopted reverse this pattern,this pattern is a combination of Sanda class learning and mobile information,fully follow the current college students’ learning habits and characteristics of such to enhance students’ interest in Sanda learning will have a significant effect.Suggestions:(1)turn this experiment in Sanda optional sports classroom teaching mode,achieve more remarkable teaching effect,can be used in future Sanda teaching and the promotion,but students in the online learning,the teacher wants to do immediate answer students’ problems,guide students to learn correctly,to give students emotional communication and help,in order to improve the enthusiasm of the students.(2)Flipped classroom teaching mode requires teachers to design teaching,create online learning platform,record teaching videos,arrange teaching tasks,evaluate and manage students,etc.,which will greatly increase teachers’ workload.Teachers should fully consider their own time and energy before deciding whether to use flipped classroom teaching mode and whether it can achieve the expected effect.They should make full preparations.(3)This paper designs flipped classroom teaching mode according to the characteristics of the Sanda project and the students it teaches.In designing flipped classroom teaching mode,the characteristics of the project,school conditions and students’ characteristics should be taken into consideration in all aspects,instead of mechanically copying the general flipped classroom teaching mode.(4)due to the particularity of physical education curriculum,in turn classroom teaching mode in the process of how to ensure the students’ ability of autonomous learning,and self-study before class this form lack of supervision and protection to help teachers,sports injuries may increase,the traditional teaching mode can avoid the occurrence of such problems,can more effectively improve the students’ learning efficiency and protect the safety of the students,so proposal will reverse course teaching mode and the combination of traditional classroom teaching mode,make up for the inadequacy of the two,let Sanda can reflect the maximization of the value of the course. |
