Science curriculum is a comprehensive science course that gradually came into being and developed in the reform process of international education in the past nearly half a century. Considering the structure requirement of science curriculum standard, this paper holds that the development of science curriculum is actually a microcosm of an advanced educational idea with a sense of times. It not only is a course, but also represents an advanced educational idea that is based on reality, value process exploration, emphasizes knowledge fusion, and follows the current development trend.The various objective problems accumulated in Chinese educational system have hindered the implementation and popularization of comprehensive science curriculum in regular high schools. But under the impact of the realistic educational reform trend and social development trend, the advanced idea hidden in science curriculum, including the integration and unity of knowledge, the practical research of process, and the complementation between theory and application, has revealed its necessity for departmental teaching.Based on a case study of the current senior high school chemistry experiment teaching, this paper translates the unique advantages of chemistry into corresponding points of penetration; then with fresh students of regular high schools as objects of study, it investigates the permeation of the relevant scientific educational idea into today’s high school chemistry experiment teaching using some effective measuring tools, such as interview and questionnaire survey, and then sublimates the existing high school chemistry experiment teaching through the implementation of a series of teaching strategies. According to the survey result, using one-group, pre-post test method in teaching practice, to adapt the relevant teaching strategy, so as to try to improve the theory in the current high school chemistry experiment teaching and overcome the problems of rigidity and closure in the departmental teaching, and further to blend in the conception of scientific education which has the features of the comprehension, investigation, and connected to the reality. The test results is tested by match, the opposite sample tails significance ratio is 0.000, P<0.05, which shows the teaching strategy possessing the connection between the subjects, the openness of created experiments, the authenticity of knowledge transmission. In some extent, it improves the students’ current learning situation. Meanwhile, it brings out the meaningful reference for our single subject education by adding the conception of scientific education.
