The formation of students' sports skill of physical education teaching has always been one of the goals of inspection.You can see from the state's relevant documents \ "sports skills\" is to further improve the teaching quality of physical education,the key to deepen the reform of the course.In view of this,special sports teaching in university and high school option class teaching on the basis of successful experience,comprehensive schools sports characteristics,think the junior middle school is the key to the student movement skill formation period,the implementation of specific teaching skills,such as the main line,a campaign to focus on teach students skills,can better promote students to achieve the goal of sports skill.This study through the questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and other research methods on level four junior high school students in physical specialized course teaching experiment.Studies the main contents are: before and after the experiment of basic physical quality change,change students special ability before and after the experiment,students attitude changes before and after the experiment,through the experiment to the following conclusion:1.The experimental group and control group after experimental speed quality,lower limb power quality,flexible quality,endurance quality basic there was no significant difference,but the two groups before and after the experiment of the basic physical change is on the rise,showed the special teaching and the traditional mode of teaching to students the basic physical quality has significantly improved.2.Special aerobics class the girl of flexibility,shoulder turn,kick,push-ups,single leg balance of these items are no significant differences,but the overall development is on the rise;Cheerleading special class girl in flexibility,turning the shoulder,no significant difference kick,sit-ups,twist on one foot and one leg balance significant difference;Table tennis course teaching has positive role to the boy's special skills to promote,in combination with the change of physical quality,the effect is obvious;After the football teaching,special examination result has obvious improvement of the project,and there are significant differences;So the special teaching can improve the students' ability of special technology.3.The differences between the experimental group students attitude changes before and after the experiment,the special teaching for students' physical exercise consciousness,special interest in learning,and the degree of recognition of physical education curriculum has a positive role in promoting,so in junior high school physical education,the implementation of specific teaching has certain significance.
