This study take athletics diving project as an example, with the Chinese diving team high level diving athletes as the main research object, and some of the various provinces and cities outstanding diving athletes as the research object, World championships in kazan, the national diving championship and Olympic trials as the research background, to obtain the most accurate high level of diving athletes psychological arousal. Based on the investigation to the athletic performance reverse situation, comparing different athletic performance reverse diving athletes psychological arousal characteristics of cases, including positive psychological awakening, negative psychological arousal, wake up the intensity of three dimensions, a more comprehensive stereo to show different athletic performance reverse heart wake characteristics of divers.Different athletic performance group significant differences of positive psychological arousal(p<0.05), superior group and dysfunction of positive psychological arousal mean significant difference(p<0.01). Different athletic performance group of negative psychological arousal difference was not significant(p>0.05), different athletic performance group psychological arousal intensity difference was not significant(p >0.05), Results indicate that the strength of medium high positive psychological arousal and coordination with the negative moderate low psychological arousal of diving athletes, are more likely to "defeat" reversal of the situation.Comparison of different diving athletes psychological awakens the similarities and differences of reverse case, for athletes in the game "to" reverse to provide appropriate psychological arousal regulation based on the operation, to prepare for the Rio Olympics has the practical significance of related psychological support and service.
