Analysis Of The Influence Of Psychological Arousal Theory On The Serving Technique Of Tennis Specialty Students In Sports College

Throughout the major tennis events,tennis serving technology is a key technology that can not be interfered by opponents and can directly score,and the fluctuation of serving technology of high-level tennis players is often greatly affected by mental factors,this paper is to analyze the influence of psychological arousal theory on tennis players’ serving in physical education institute.Adopt Qi Chang Zhu professor psychological arousal the strength-direction model,using music stimulation method to adjust the psychological arousal level stimulation,to strong positive,weak positive,strong negative,weak negative four dimensions of psychological arousal level,and statistics of Long-serving athlete and Short-serving athlete serve success rate under four dimensions,carries on the analysis research,find the rule.The object of this paper is the influence of psychological arousal theory on the success rate of tennis service of students in physical education college.The subjects were stimulated by four dimensions of psychological arousal level by music regulation method.The survey was used to measure the psychological arousal of the subjects with the athletes psychological arousal level scale.The pre-experiment and the application experiment of mental arousal level were carried out respectively by experimental method.After the experiment,the experimental results were analyzed by mathematical statistics.The main results are as follows: the four dimensions of psychological arousal stimulation have a significant impact on the tennis service success rate;Under the stimulation of positive psychological arousal,the tennis serve success rate was the highest.Under the stimulation of negative and strong psychological arousal,the tennis serve success rate is the lowest.The positive and negative differences of psychological arousal level have obvious influence on the success rate of tennis service of high-level athletes.The difference of the intensity of negative psychological arousal has obvious influence on the success rate of high level athletes’ service.The difference of the intensity of positive psychological arousal has obvious influence on the success rate of low level athletes’ service.The main conclusions are as follows: 1.The success rate of tennis service under the stimulation of positive psychological arousal is higher than that under the stimulation of negative psychological arousal.Second,under the stimulation of positive psychological arousal,the tennis service success rate is the highest;3.The tennis service success rate under the stimulation of negative and strong psychological arousal is the lowest;Fourth,the difference of the direction of psychological arousal has obvious influence on the success rate of tennis service of high-level athletes.5.The intensity difference of negative psychological arousal has obvious influence on the success rate of tennis service of high-level athletes.
