Evaluation Model And Application Of Island Diving Ecotourism

With the improvement of the national economy,tourism has become a part of highquality and beautiful life.Eco-tourism is considered as a new direction of tourism.Island diving tourism has become a new industry in the process of tourism economic growth.Therefore,it is very important to find the key factors of diving ecotourism construction,in order to study the development of island ecotourism.Based on the evaluation of Island diving eco-tourism project,this paper analyses the current development status of Island diving eco-tourism and famous Island diving eco-tourism projects domestic and abroad,analyses the influenced factors of Island diving eco-tourism development,and establishes the evaluation index system of Island diving eco-tourism development,using AHP method and Delphi method to determine the weight and ultimately to determine the weight of the Island diving ecotourism.Based on the evaluation of the development status of diving eco-tourism in South China Sea Island,it is concluded that the current diving eco-tourism in Hainan Island is basically in the state of sustainable development.Putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.First,diving practitioners should strengthen the industry's self-discipline first to convey the concept of marine protection,call on the government and sea-related enterprises to strengthen marine protection,and marine resources should be protected,and the importance of educating the people about marine protection.Second,we should actively improve the overall abilities of the service personnel at the technical level of the process,regularly holding diving instructor classes,strengthening learning,improving quality,and actively interact with government functional departments to respond and respond in a timely manner,so that various policies can be introduced.After that,it can be effectively implemented.Third,Government will build a scientific management mechanism,conduct performance evaluations on diving guides and diving instructors,and evaluate them by means of elimination at the end.The scientific evaluation mechanism can effectively improve the attitude of diving guides and diving instructors.At the same time,incentives can be used to link the relevant evaluation results with the remuneration package.In the evaluation process,customers can fill in the experience table after diving,and experience satisfaction.Staff attitude,professionalism,etc.,to improve the attitude of diving guides and diving instructors,while promoting the club to better develop projects and provide satisfactory services to customers.
