| I take the moral education of vocational school as my research object in this paper.After explaining the relevant concepts and contents of moral education separately, I put forward the importance of vocational school moral education in the development of the country, society and the students.Through the study of the relevant professional literature and the visiting and investigation of No. 1 Vocational School in Linhe, I summed up the outstanding ideological and moral quality problems of the current vocational students and the universal problems in the process of moral education of vocational schools. I try to facilitate the implementation of vocational moral education by studying, deepening, and expanding vocational moral education, and I hope it can help the moral education in vocational schools to get rid of the current difficulties, and I also hope it can explore a new way to improve the implementation of moral education in vocational schools.This paper is consisted of five parts. The first chapter mainly focuses on the background, the purpose, the meaning, the research evidence, the literature reviewing, the research ideas and the research methods. By the study above, it supports the content and the meaning of my paper. I also analyzed and summarized the studying situation of thecurrent vocational school moral education, meanwhile, I defined some concepts related to mypaperbased on the current situation and elaborated the significance and the research methods. The second chapter focuses on the general situation and the working methods of vocational moral education in NO.1 Vocational School, such as theenforcement of the three technical and six abilities educational pattern and its achievement. The third chapter analyzes the problems and the reasonsof vocational moral education in NO.1 Vocational School in Linhe, such as the moral ability which needs improving, stressing the skill and lighting the moral education in vocational schools, etc.The fourth chapter explored the new environment and the aims of the vocational moral education, and extracted the necessity and the importance of it from the policies, the moral aims, the students’ psychology, study habits, behavioral consciousness and family education, etc.The fifth chapter pointed out the strategies to improve the school moral education which are based on the team construction of moral education and the campus culture construction, the colorful content of moral education, and the students’ self-management, etc. The conclusion part summarizes the basic ideas of the whole paper, and raises some questions which need more exploration. |
