With our country's social and economic development, the demandon vocational technological people is increasing, and their qualityrequirement is higher and higher. How to cultivate and attendants withhigh qualities through effective ways for our socialism modernization hasbecome the most important task among vocational schools. The purposeof vocational schools is to cultivate all-round and technological talents.And moral education is the vital part and an elemental assurance fordeveloping qualified talents. However, as the craving for ordinary highschools, most of the students who attend the vocational college arefailures in ordinary colleges or abnormal, and it has become undisputedfact that the number of "problem students" in vocational schools in huge.Nevertheless, although vocational schools have paid general attention tomoral education, it still proves low effect, and the current moral educationmethods prove futile. In response to the new situation, we should adapt tothe new features of vocational students, follow the law of moral education,constantly explore scientific methods of moral education, and fullydevelop the students' awareness. So that the best effects in moraleducation can be achieved.Among current moral education in vocational schools, there existsome places unpleasant : less inspiration, less problem-solving;muchtheory, less practice;much political education ,less virtue persuasion;much preach, less equal treatment and less feeling exchange. The currentways of moral education still adopts pure preach and imbue, neglects thestudents' subjectivity. During the moral education students are justregarded as the passive object, so it results in an unfair relationshipbetween the educator and the educated. In the process of moral education,the students are neglected by adopting unique way of reaching. Theteachers' leading position is emphasized one-sidedly and the teachersneglect the students' independence and neglect their self-improvement,neglect the practical meaning of moral education, neglect thedifferentiation among students, and depriving their right of self-choice, sothat the students' moral judgment are strangled. This paper explores ascientific method of moral education on the basis of rational thought ofthe moral education reality in vocational schools, providing a newthinking for students' healthy development of virtue and improvement onthe realistic effectiveness of moral education.
