Research On Primary Home-school Cooperation In Pianguan, Shanxi

Home-school cooperation has been widely focused on in the educational reforms of countries all over the world.Family and school are the two important factors affecting children's growth and development.Therefore,it is very important for family and school to whole heartedly cooperate,mutually promote and give greater influence,which can ensure children's healthy growth and comprehensive development.Meanwhile,home-school cooperation is conductive to improve the educational ability of parents and the professional literacy of teachers,by which it can finally enhance the education quality.Primary students need to be significantly concerned because they are in a special stage physically and mentally.Consequently,studying on primary home-school cooperation has an important significance to our country's educational reform and development.This paper,based on the actual situation of primary schools in Pianguan,analyzes the problems existed in the process of home-school cooperation and the causes of the problems;and furtherly it presents according suggestions and counter measures.The problems include five aspects:the insufficient understanding of parents and teachers,the limited ability of parents and teachers,the lack of plan of home-school cooperation,the single content and way of home-school cooperation and the lower level of home-school cooperation.The causes are stated respectively from the society level,the school level and the family level.And in the end the writer puts forward six suggestions and measures,which are creating a better social atmosphere to guide public opinion,perfecting relevant legal policies to provide fundamental guarantee,establishing a strict organization system to support powerfully,enriching ways and contents to strengthen the.actual effect,strengthening the training of teachers and school administrators to enhance their understanding and professionalism,and focusing on guiding parents to improve their understanding and educational ability.As long as families and schools can form strong educational join force through taking their own advantages and work together,the education quality will be enhanced at last and students will develop and progress comprehensively.
