An Dai dance is a traditional Mongolian dance. With its rich connotation and atmospheric dancing posture,An Dai dance goes into the primary and secondary schools. It is no longer a religious ceremony or a dance removing sickness. It becomes an aerobics Course. Based on curriculum theory as the research Angle, making the curriculum value as the breakthrough point and An Dai Aerobics as the research object, this thesis studies the historical evolution, actual state, the performance of the value and how to play value strategy, etc of the An Dai aerobics course. All of these has important theoretical and realistic significance for expanding the research field of curriculum and promoting students' physical and mental development.This thesis is divided into six parts, specific content is as follows:The first part: introduction. It is divided into two sections. In the first section, the author discusses the selected topic reason, the research method, purposes, significance, innovation points, difficult points and research process; In the second quarter, it analyzed the existing An Dai relevant research literature at home and abroad,which included the origin and culture, medicine, music, dance, drama, sports and other point of view of research of the An Dai dance. All of these can provide certain reference and enlightenment for this study.The second part mainly discussed the historical development of An Dai aerobics. In this section, the author uses the method of documents and materials, by collecting and organizing the related research materials of An Dai, based on the evolution of the name of An Dai dance, An Dai Jian Shen Wu, An Dai aerobics, this paper expounds the historical development of An Dai aerobics.The third part is to reach the implementation status of An Dai aerobics in the fourth middle school of Kulun. The author went into the fourth middle school of Kulun to make an investigation, and visited the local education sports bureau. At last,the author has carried on the thorough understanding of the implementation status of An Dai aerobics and the basic situation of the fourth middle school of Kulun. At the same time, the author took photos of An Dai aerobics in order to provide vivid and real appearance of An Dai aerobics for the later study.The fourth part mainly discussed the value of An Dai aerobics curriculum. The author discussed the value mainly from the entertainment, fitness, moral and intellectual education, economy, national culture inheritance and so on. Anyhow, the value of itself is the motive force of its own development, also is the main reason to go into the campus.The fifth part mainly discussed the strategy that how to exert An Dai calisthenics curriculum value. The propose of the strategy is mainly based on the overall investigation of the curriculum in the fourth middle school of Kulun.The author analyzed the problems existing in the process and proposed the corresponding strategy. Based on the comprehensive investigation of the An Dai calisthenics curriculum, the author found the system of school-based curriculum of An Dai calisthenics. It mainly includes the curriculum goal, content selection and organization, implementation, etc. of the An Dai aerobics curriculum.The Sixth part is the conclusion. The author summarized the thesis from the height of the theory. And the author also thought that the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy, suggestion and the theory system need further testing in practice. These all have to make great efforts to study in the future research.
